This review is to commend a member of staff called Gavin.On Saturday 2 March I called the customer service team at The Golf to book (at very short notice - 1 week!) a surprise 60th birthday party for my husband on Saturday 9 March. Hi there, I am pleased to say on popping into the GOLF TAVERN last week for a pint and something to eat. ( FISH and CHIPS ). Then telling my wife If next time she is up town, pop in to it. Saprisingly she did yesterday, with a friend. She was absolutely delighted with the place. It was as I told her of my visit last week. The bar staff, couldn't be more helpful. Christmas shopping trip to Edinburgh, such a lovely spot to chill out at and relax. Great views, super friendly staff! Big shout out to to Tally for being so welcoming and looking after us so well! ?
