We dined at the bar restaurant which was empty when we arrived & remained empty whilst we were there. The soup was good, the corn ribs were lacking. And arrived in a normal time. The main course (a chicken sandwich & fries ) arrived 35 minutes later - in an empty restaurant. As I did not share in the appetizers - I waited 45 minutes to eat my chicken sandwich. This has been one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had in a restaurant!My wife and I were staying in Scotland for our honeymoon and stated that in our reservation. Not only did the staff congratulate us to our marriage, they also offered us two glasses of prosecco.The food was amazing, with fusion kitchen that was Indian-Scottish. We chose off the Tony Singh menu. Both dishes, the curry of the day and the BBQ belly were very tasty. The restaurant is a bit of a modern day cavern with no real ambiance, it is however the design of the building at fault here. Service was patchy, never was asked if we wanted a drink other than water. A different dish was produced, but this was corrected by another waitress. All in all, we thought our meal was good and can recommend if you want a quick bite during the Fringe.
