2 The Square, HuntlyFantastic lunch June looked after us exceedingly well , meal preordered served with in minutes of us sitting down , big portions , lots of good humoured banter had by all and all out the door in 50minutes ( our choice had to be at distillery in 20 mins) but we could have stayed a couple of hours and enjoyed the drams in this brilliant restaurant thank you June and the rest of the staff

25 Duke St, HuntlyThe staff are fantastic, and the food is delicious. It's a little gem tucked away in the Highlands. I highly recommend you take a detour if passing by for a little nibble. It is cash only, so bring the wallet.

Cafe India
109 Gordon St, HuntlyThe best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. Had mulligatawny soup for starters which was too spicy for me and the waiter noticed and brought me another less spicy bowl. Marinaded Salmon masala and potato sag for main course was really nice. The garlic naan was obviously freshly made too. Loads of different choices on the menu, not just the usual choices and also a desert menu. Great service and the interior of the restaurant is really nice, far far better than you'd expect from the outside.
The best place to eat in Huntly which obviously the locals know as it was busier than anywhere else. Very reasonably priced too.

Huntly Chip Shop
12 Bogie St, HuntlyFoods amazing! Fish supper is always spot on and so it's the rest of the food we've tried!
Only downside is, whenever we order through the phone there's either something wrong in the order or something missing! And until you get home you won't know about it.. please take your time on the phone, sometimes you can barely hear and I believe it's a new lady answering now she's rushing it a lot, I understand you guys are really busy.
Other than that food is absolutely amazing!

The Ward, HuntlyLovely ladies working here and nothing was too much hassle.
Food is 10 out of 10, ideal for a bit of scran after a good walk up Bennachie before hand. Just what the fermer ordered ?. Good home cooked food just what you'd expect at a mart cafe. But the best was yet to come........
Omg the cheesecake...... took some home for a wee treat later and it tasted as good as it looked! Certainly did not disappoint.
You've a cracking wee team there with talents beyond a wee hot plate. Keep up the good work folks!

35 Duke St, HuntlyGreat place for a private party. All drinks are available, music is on site for you to use. Catering for a buffet can be arranged also. Choose an afternoon on a Saturday and the kids will get up dancing with the oldies. Mark and his staff are attentive and will sort everything for you on your day. We booked the Royal Oak and had a very enjoyable surprise birthday party with all ages in our group and firmly would advise speaking to Mark to book this great venue.

Depot Rd, HuntlyThe shortbread produced by this supplier is 'out of this world' They supply M&S Mature Cheddar Cornish Cruncher savoury biscuits mixed with caramelised red onion or black pepper. My friends and consider these biscuits to be the ultimate culinary delight. They are definitely the antithesis to the demand for weight loss injections! :)
