Strathisla Distillery
Seafield Ave, KeithMy son and I went on the tour this morning and despite it being their silent season, I have to say that the team were amazing. My son is underage but was interested to come on the tour with me and even during the tastings the staff were including him too in the discussion.
I love that Strathisla is this perfect small batch distiller and flavour integral part of Chivas.
Our guide was brilliant and informative and I hope to come see the tour again out of Silent season too.

Boat 'N' Barn
14 Reidhaven Square, Keithlovely little place for lunch. Food tastes homely and made with love, the staff are very friendly, and accommodating to food requests, and the place is very cute and clean. Really enjoyed our whole experience. definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dufftown, KeithJust home from a fabulous experience Xmas afternoon tea at The Sidings Dufftown. \nWow they never dissapoint the food is delicious always so fresh and the different flavours ?... staff are lovely so friendly and attentive. 2 Regent Square, KeithCafe was quite full this particular lunch time so we got seated with a pleasant elderly Scottish couple. The fella was quite hard of hearing. He pointed out that wasn't the worst as it meant he didn't have to listen to his wife if he didn't want to. Not bad I thought I asked him how he managed it. In my case he recommended chopping the ears straight off. Excellent coffee and club sandwich as well, would definitely stop by again if I were passing through the area.

Plough Inn
95 Mid St, KeithOur local and a brilliant family run friendly bar. The bar itself is roomy, well decorated, has a pool table, juke box and dart board. They stock a very good selection of non alcoholic drinks as well as alcoholic ones. You can then go through to a recently redecorated lounge with its own bar, perfect for small functions, funeral teas etc. This opens on to a sizeable beer garden which is lovely in the warmer weather.

Square Roots Cafe
Mid St, KeithWhat a great café! Friendly staff, nice vibe, good looks and excellent food.
Everything we ate and drank here was brilliant.
I had a Highlander burger which was possibly the best burger that I've ever had.
These can sometimes be a bit overwhelming but it was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of some equally excellent chips.
The coffee was really nice - they did a great flat white and a cortado, which I think might be my new favourite coffee.
A nice rhubarb rooibos tea which was properly served: a teapot with 2! tea bags and another pot of extra hot water.
To top it off there was a scrummy looking range of sweets - a decent Victoria sponge separates the Greats from the Wanabees and
Square Roots Café passes with flying colours. Thanks guys!

The Tannochbrae
22 Fife St, Dufftown, KeithDefinitely the best stay we had during our whisky tour through Scotland. This historic villa, in which we had the pleasure to stay for 2 nights, is very spacious, clean and, most of all, a beautiful place to stay in Dufftown. The host is an especially nice and helpful person, who was also so kind to open a very extensive in-house whisky bar for us one night, during which we could buy a great selection of whisky drams, based on his extensive stories and recommendations. Even though our whisky tour at a local distillery was cancelled because of the winter weather, this ensured that our stay in the Tannochbrae was still the absolute highlight of our whisky trip!

136 Mid St, KeithThe best Chinese food we’ve ever had as someone who is Chinese. The quality of the food is unbelievably delicious especially in a small town like keith. Really impressed with the hygiene inside of the shop. I would definitely come again and do recommend it to anyone who’s craving Chinese food.

Sunrise Chinese takeway
111 Mid St, KeithFirst Time trying here, and was impressed. Recently moved to the area and there is a couple to choose from. Chose here to try and wasn’t disappointed.
Food was hot, flavours were there and seemed reasonably priced.
Will most definitely be ordering from here again at some point.

94 Mid St, KeithFirst visit to Bengal Spice for many years. On hearing it had changed hands and had some refurbishment it was time to visit again. Great experience from start to finish, warm welcome, friendly service. BYO at the moment as licence is pending, however this is not an issue, glasses offered to the table for our beverages. Excellent food, the menu offers the usual suspects and some house specials, plenty choice indeed. Lovely chat with Abdul following our meal, Thursday night is Buffet Night, it comes highly recommended. Look forward to visiting again soon.

46 Regent St, KeithStopped in while travelling back to Inverness for the first time in years.Friday night and the place was almost queued out the door yet less than a minute after walking In I was served. Queen bee and her accomplices were like a well oiled machine in operation. Everything was very busy and yet they were literally taking the chaos in their stride. It was so uplifting as a business owner myself to see such hard working staff. \nGot back to the van and said to my father if the food is anywhere near as good as the service we are in for a nice meal. It certainly didn’t disappoint. Food cooked to perfection. \nHave seen a few bad reviews for here recently and have to say that me experience was completely different. Fair money for excellent food.
