Just back from a 2 day break with a friend at The Park hotel and this is a lovely little gem in the center of Peebles. A very warm and friendly welcome on arrival and could immediately see what an interesting and quirky place it was, a refreshing change from the standard chain and corporate hotels. Just back from a quality 3 night stay and have to say we thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff are so friendly nothing was ever too much trouble and were always happy to talk which makes a stay so much more enjoyable. Hotel is lovely in appearance, with well maintained grounds all accomplished by the non stop main man Billy ?. A fabulous return to the Park Hotel. Last visited in August 2020. We requested a Signature Room as we wanted a great view and we were not disappointed. Clean and light room, big window, comfy bed & great facilities. Felt really comfortable and loved the seating area by the window. Excellent breakfast too with very friendly and attentive staff.
