The only truly authentic scottish fish & chips experience I found on my recent trip north. The owners seem very nice and were very chatty - it's a shame they cook everything in processed vegetables oils (not good for anyones health)... Luckily you can get beef dripping up to street - i guess they're providing a service to all these poor vegans.

I had fish and chips and the food was so, so good. I want to point out that I've never eaten chips as good as this place. This to me was next level. I don't know what they do to their chips and it might just be the way it's done in Scotland, I don't know. Out of all of the fish and chip shops I've gone to, this is by far the best.
