Unsure of rooms, as not staying there. Only for drinks. Within walking distance of Town Centre. Pretty much all bars are within walking distance of each other. Friendly bar staff, good selection of drinks.
We loved it. Right in the Center of town and above a pub - what more do you need. Check in super quick and easy. Nice size room on 1st floor. Elevator. No noise from pub, our room was right above it, but some from out front so we just shut the window. Huge bathroom. Nice breakfast in the morning. Didn’t get to have a dinner or even a beer at the pub but you should!!!

Very friendly staff and good food for breakfast.Walkability: The location is very central to the town and within easy walking distance to the R & A Clubhouse and the West Sands. The great architecture of the St Andrews University buildings is also a short walk from the hotel.
