Place was quiet, we were seated then must've been forgotten about as didn't get a menu for about 15-20 mins until I managed to get the attention of the waiter, food arrived pretty quickly after ordering.food was very nice, staff were friendly.after the meal I was overcharged as the item I ordered was unavailable but they hadn't taken it off the bill, the waitress was very apologetic and got her manager to get me a refund.the refund process is to refund the full bill and then have...read full review

Been here three times now, so feel qualified to leave an objective review. The staff here are very friendly and provide great service. I cannot fault them. They deserve to be tipped, however the billing and pay system here does not allow adding a tip to the bill. That needs to be fixed.The menu appears to be expansive, but it’s really not. We come here quite often. Food is good, but miss the service from Jacko as he is a really good waiter! He is really friendly and sociable. He should be serving customers more often as that position suits him best.
