Next, 14 Straiton Mains, Straiton, LoanheadI just had the loveliest experience at Costa Coffee today ! The two ladies working there were absolute gems ?? so kind and genuine. When I asked about halal options, they didn’t just brush it off; they actually took the time to check the book for me and made sure I had the right information. It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture that honestly made my day! ? On top of that, the coffee they made was perfect delicious, warm, and made with love (you can really taste it!). I truly appreciate their kindness and amazing customer service. They’re the reason I’ll definitely be coming back! ?☕️

Unit 6B Straiton Retail Park Unit 6, EdinburghI don’t typically love to come to this location, I’ve had some pretty sad customer service. I know being gluten free it can be a pain on the employees; truly I wish I could eat gluten but alas I’m allergic. Iona and Lauren were FANTASTIC!! Friendly, helpful, sanitized everything without being asked, changed their gloves for me and were just the sweetest girls. Super grateful for their customer service and I will be back to this location because of their excellent work. Truly made my night, the sandwich was PERFECT!!!

KFC Edinburgh - Straiton Road
Straiton Rd, Straiton, EdinburghThe staff are really nice here and the food always tastes the same which is great. Other KFC's give you chicken that has been cooked in burnt oil, I assume we have Putin to blame for that as they must have been told to reuse the oil too many times because they couldn't get their oil from their suppliers. Poor show Livingston and hermiston KFCS. Well done Straiton, keep up the good work.
