Wemyss Bay Rd, Wemyss BayCozy wee bar. Fire place is lit in the colder months. Nice place for a drink while waiting for the ferry, or to watch a bit of sports with the locals. Free pies served at half-time!
Dogs are welcome.
Reasonably priced drinks and the staff are friendly. Men use the toilet at the station, until those toilets close, at which point the one toilet in the bar is shared with the ladies.
Friendly pub. Worth a visit.

The Shore Shack
Shore Rd, Wemyss BayHi,Our car got a puncture outside weymess bay Pearson garage last night.garage refused to help us at all , even although we were stranded without a spare tyre, so we had to wait 4 hours for the AA to attend.That’s when we found the shock , they had noticed us parked outside. My partner and I ordered pizzas to takeaway , they were delicious and full of flavour , all the staff were super friendly and very kindly offered us our cups of tea for free as we would be waiting a while on recovery attending.They also allowed us access to their toilet facilities and said if we couldn’t get home we could park our car on their premises overnight as it had CCTV coverage.Great , tasty food, great service went above and beyond.Shore shack is definitely the place to go for great food and great service in weymess bay ?

The Chartroom Restaurant
Kip Marina, The Yacht Harbour, Inverkip, GreenockWe had a lovely lunch here with friends, 4 of us in total on 10th July, food was really good & the service was spot on, very friendly & welcoming. We’d a window table with a great view over the marina. Highly recommend a visit here. We’ll be back ??

Station Cafe
Shore Rd, SkelmorlieNice little cafe in Wemyss Bay Station. We went here for some lunch whilst waiting on our ferry over to Rothesay. Cafe had a lovely atmosphere and it was lovely sitting at the window looking at the view over the water. Food was reasonably prices and had a good selection on the menu. We were a bit disappointed that there were no baguettes which we had ordered, however, the paninis we had were still delicious. Service could have been a bit quicker, however, there weren't many staff on and it was quite busy. Would recommend visiting if you have time before catching the ferry or train!
