3 B4370, Church StrettonGreat pub, fab food, the pie and chips were first class. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good beer. Quiet midweek, but not a problem for us. Stayed overnight in campervan in car park. Loos and showers available for £1.50! The perfect stopover. We will definitely be back. :-)

Some family members all met up there, and what a fantastic place it was, quirky, and plenty of space, brie and cranberry panini was delicious and the red berry herbal tea was the best I've ever had.
staff were friendly and attentive, highly recommend.

All members of powered incredibly friendly and welcoming, the Kings Arms has such a wonderful atmosphere.
The food is just superb, very large portions of exceptionally well presented and tasty meals.

The Pound Inn - Tap House & Eatery
Leebotwood, Church StrettonGreat to catch up with close friends in Church Stretton while I'm in the UK from Australia & on Friday 08/08/25 my friends suggested we call into The Pound Inn & arrived just before 10am, we all ordered different meals & I couldn't resist the full English breakfast. The service was fantastic & food / drinks were delicious, meals served within a short time-frame & a very relaxing atmosphere to catch up with friends. We revisited The Pound Inn later in the afternoon for drinks & snacks.
My friends often dined here & an excellent choice to dine in here.

Sawaddee Thai Restaurant
5 The Square, Church StrettonAuthentic Thai Restaurant with very efficient Thai staff who really know the importance of presentation and food quality. Lovely Thai decor and, thankfully, Thai instrumental music that reminded us of our holidays over there. Non of the usual western elevator ear irritating music that is usually played in restaurants. Overall, a super dining experience that is very highly recommended to all lovers of Thailand and Thai food.

Yew Tree Inn
Shrewsbury Rd, All Stretton, Church StrettonHad a fabulous 2 night stay at The Yew Tree Inn. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The food in the evening delicious and very reasonably priced.
The full english breakfast was simply one of the best we've had. It's the perfect place to stay with easy access into Shrewsbury and Ludlow. Would definitely recommend x

As a massive foodie I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the food from here; amazing pecan pie, fabulous sausage rolls and a great salad selection. In colder months, the soup is a must; wholesome, flavorful and delicious. If only every town was lucky enough to have a quality deli such as this.

Different areas to sit inside and out depending on Ur needs.
Yummy scones well worth the try we had ours with butter and jam . Very nice latte.
Quick table service then pay just inside. Friendly staff, gave stormy the dog a biscuit too .

Yew Tree Inn - Oak St
22 Oak St, WolverhamptonStopped at the Yew Tree en route to a Wolves game at Molineux, and bought two drinks for my friend and me, which came to about £7.95. All very well, and sat with a group to enjoy a pre-match pint. Friendly atmosphere and pleasant staff, and the beer was well kept. However, it was a little later whilst at the match that I noticed that I had been charged £79.50 on a debit card, which came a s a bit of a shock. I returned to the pub after the match, and there was a young man behind the bar - not the person who had served me earlier. I explained the situation, expecting some difficulties. I needn't have worried - the guy behind the bar was immediately on the case, and refunded me the overpayment without a quibble. He was most apologetic, and even offered me a drink on the house for my trouble which although I declined I thought was very decent of him. This whole situation couldn't have been dealt with any better, and the barman - who's name I sadly didn't get - is undoubtably a credit to the pub for his professional attitude and decency.

2, The Shop/Sandford Court/Sandford Av, Church StrettonQuirky little shop. Yes, they sell chocolate but also a wide range of ice-cream flavours are on offer too. It is tiny inside but there are a few plastic chairs outside for you to sit on to enjoy your waffle cone.

Located on the main shopping road with free on road parking, the place is well lit but functional amd family run
Illustrated menus face thecustomer counter and you order from a good variety of burgers and kebabs, then watch them being cooked
Sauces. vegetanles and chjps to suit all boxed for you. Some soft drinks available
and payment in cash...orders taken, delivery service and you can even eat on the single table provided.
We really enjoyed our delicious kebabs but struggled to finish the generous portions.
