This place is heaving on evenings and it's nice to go on the afternoon as well when it's quieter. The food is cheap but is always hot. You get what you pay for but the meals aren't bad given how cheap it is. Drinks are cheap as well. Good choice of meals including vegetarian.A lovely building full of character. Nice to see a pub that is still thriving.
Various places to sit; cosy nook, bar area and a light dining area.A good choice of food on the menu.Good place to go if you don't feel like cooking.Parking is mot available on site but there is street parking and car parks nearby.

An excellent pub, with great food and a great range of drinks etc. Very reasonably priced too, with great customer service and a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere / décor. I visited with my family, who are also big fans of this pub! Thank-you. :)
