We had a large family gathering here for a meal. Pre-booked choices & everything came out as expected & together which is sometimes an issue for larger bookings.Food was very tasty (I had the feta starter & steak & ale pie for mains).Service was superb, very attentive but not ott.Then there's the view over Bath. Stunning at night but apparently even better in the day so we'll be back for a lunch time visit soon!
Lovely environment, terrific view and great friendly service. Wife had the pie which she throughly enjoyed, I had the steak burger which was just about cooked through, but the sauces were bland and the pickled gherkin was thin which unfortunately left a drier burger than wanted and less tasty than expected.
