Reviews for Regency Tea Room
It’s quaint and very fitting for the Jane Austen museum that it’s in but, for the price you pay the portions are small. 2 cream teas ordered, tea didn’t make 2 cups per person and scones were very small considering how much you pay. Disappointing to say the least.
Pleasant staff , Sandwich nice and fresh good variety. Felt the staff could have monitored the people wandering around the rea room checking it out like seagulls, with no intention of taking a seat, and guests swapping food not a good practice.

A very sweet little tea room above the Jane Austen Centre. The Victoria sponge was delicious and the setting was lovely. Staff are dressed in Regency dresses and the music in the background added to the ambience. A very lovely little place for tea and cake, but it's quite a few stairs to get up to!
