We attended The Salamander for the first time late on a Sunday lunchtime. We were greeted by the amazing Natasha and her colleague Joe. Both of them were engaging and displayed great customer service skills. Natasha looked after us and gave us taster samples of some great drinks. We settled for a cider and the fantastic stout. Came here for Sunday lunch after reading reviews on trip advisor and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely traditional pub, (very clean inc toilets) fantastic food and friendly staff. A lot of places state they are child friendly but this pub really was, we were seated so we had plenty of room for buggy and all our bags and a high chair was ready and waiting for us. From the moment we walked in the door Jai was welcoming and informative. Very personal service. We had roast dinner- cooked to perfection by Amy and Alfie- who were willing to adapt to any personal preferences. Would definitely recommend you won’t be disappointed
