North St, Haselbury Plucknett, CrewkerneThis was our first visit to the White Horse and I can hand on heart say it was fantastic. The food was outstanding, we pre ordered the sharing platter and were blown away with the quality and taste of the food. The beef on the platter was amazing, the taste and cooking was absolutely spot on. The sides that came with it were equally fantastic. The starters were equally good! Next time we go we'll forego starters and have dessert instead!
I highly recommend eating here and hopefully we will be back soon.

Lord Poulett Arms
High St, Hinton Saint GeorgeExcellent menu choice, food was very tasty and great quality, a great find! We sat out in the cute garden, a lovelt little suntrap. Service was great, friendly and helpful staff. Thank you. Will recommend.
Top tip- we had to park along the high street as no dedicated car park, but there was plenty of space.

Seating is a bit difficult and so is finding the men's toilet if it's your first time there, apart from that it was great!

The Royal Oak Drimpton
1 Bridport Rd, Drimpton, BeaminsterPlanned our son's 10th birthday party here. Had use of the skittles alley for all the family to get together which was a great space. All the staff were super accommodating, friendly and service was fantastic. Everyone said how lovely the food was and very reasonably priced. Great pub garden which the kids also played out in.
We will definitely be back (if you'll have us!) ??

Haselbury Mill
Haselbury Plucknett, CrewkerneFun fact, I got married at Haselbury Mill in 2019! Having had our wedding here, it was just perfect. Now as a wedding videographer, I have had the pleasure of filming a few weddings here, and always excited when I get to come back.
Haselbury Mill is a truly special venue with a lot of character and history. The setting is picturesque, with beautiful surroundings with the lake and historic mill that create a lovely backdrop for weddings.
The variety of spaces available to include the incredible Tithe Barn & outside ceremony space makes it really versatile, allowing each part of the day to feel distinct while still connected. The atmosphere here is always warm and welcoming.
The team are attentive and hardworking, ensuring everything runs smoothly. It’s easy to see why so many couples choose this venue as it offers a fantastic all-round experience.
Highly recommend if you are looking to get married here!

Value for money, good choice if you stop in the town for bits. Will return on my next trip over to Crewkerne.

I guess the only negative was the delivery charge of five pounds, which we thought was a little steep.
However that doesn't take away from the fact that the pizza was very good.
