Can't fault any aspect of the visit. The ambience was very peaceful, the atmosphere was welcoming and the food was a delight. I had the jerk pork, which was a surprisingly large pork steak immaculately cooked and served with rice & peas, salad, coleslaw and fried plantain. There was a good kick of chili heat but not so much that it stole the flavour of the other food. Outstanding.Parking is ample and wheelchair accessible. The location, a rural idyl with an amazing southerly backdrop of the Black downs. You can watch the sunset whilst sipping a pint in comfort: peak Somerset.The service was friendly and professional. Waiting time was reasonable so too the price.The food, I had jerked pork and it was cooked to perfection and authentic, the equal of anything I've had in London or elsewhere. The food is excellent, the staff are welcoming and cannot be faulted at all. Would come here again when coming this way again. I had the pork belly, and my other half had the ribs and both were yum.
