Huish Episcopi, LangportWe happened upon this pub on the hottest day of the year. i had a beer but the other half wanted a coffee. After what seemed like the longest wait the bar lady came out to say that because of the heat all the milk had gone off but someone had gone to get fresh milk! Soon enough a coffee was served. Now that is old school service

We had our wedding reception here and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The food was absolutely delicious – every guest commented on how great it was and the service was second to none. The team were so attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The excellent quality coffee is served in beautifully handmade cups, all food is from the farm or locally sourced, and the staff are incredibly friendly. A sanctuary of peace and calm perfect to visit on your own or in good company. I'd highly recommend their full English breakfast ?

Aller, Langportstayed here for 2 nights 14th to 16th Nov 2025. Lovely welcome on arrival. Room was large, and comfortable and everything you need for your stay... Food was fab and nothing was to much trouble. and Daisy our server went out of her way to get me my Brandy coffee at the end of the meal.. Breakfast was served hot and once again a friendly service... well done all..we definitely be back in the spring.

Kitchen at the Wharf
Great Bow Yard, LangportWe hired out the beautiful space at Kitchen at the Wharf for my mum’s surprise 70th birthday party, and it was absolutely brilliant! The evening was really customisable and we were able to specify the food that we would like. The team made an incredible birthday cake for the event and guests all had prosecco or a soft drink for the moment that my mum walked in. The team were so lovely and supported us through all of the planning. The food was brilliant and the space here is gorgeous. We had such a brilliant time!

83 Bow St, LangportAbsolutely fantastic meals. Bento boxes are WOW! .....will NEVER got for a standard Chinese again! Honestly, these boxes are incredible - you think you need piles of food and lots of dishes but you dont.... Bento boxes are all you need!
