Caffè Nero is a cosy and welcoming coffee shop with a laid-back atmosphere. The staff are friendly and have a good sense of humour, providing excellent service even when busy. The coffee is average, but the tiramisu is quite good. The decor is nice and clean, although the music can be a bit loud at times. Overall, a pleasant place to enjoy a drink and snack.
