Didn't stay at the hotel but went to the pub downstairs. Great food, drink and the person on the bar was really friendly. Sorry to the chef who seemed very tired hut your food was excellent ?
A special place, with a lot of charm, in front of the cathedral gardens. I enjoyed a delicious sandwich and a glass of cider in the heat of the fireplace. They also allow dogs, a great place to come back to whenever you pass by!

Came here for the first time for a weekend away and was really impressed. Great location right across from the cathedral, nice food and drinks available and the staff were lovely. We particularly enjoyed the live jazz music night in the bar. Will definitely be back if we visit Wells again!
