Rooms are a bit dated, bathroom was in need of refurbishment; toilet roll holder and towel rail loose, basin chipped and lime scale stained, tap dripped, shower head needs replacing, noisy extract fan; I could go on. Then in the main bedroom, there are no sockets near to the bed and I hated the wooden surround to the base of the bed as I kept stubbing my toe on it. Nothing bad about the rooms, just nothing special about them. Clean and comfortable space, showers are a tad dated but did the job, beds were really comfortable. The view outside the window was a building site but not much can be done about that.Breakfast was nice and had great service from the waitress.Lovely little hotel
Hotel is lively overall, and us situated within a great little village. Foor is quite pricey, but worth every penny.Room was not the cleanest I've experienced, and the mattress needed replacing and it had 'human dents' in it - that is to say dents on the mattress where heads and backs and bums had been before. Still a quality place though.Food & drinks: Food was tremendous.
