Sunday really busy with carvery. We had normal menu lasagne was beautiful so where the fish an chips an surlf an turf . Service was great. will definitely be back for food. Xx

Recently started attending the quiz on a Thursday night hosted by Dan. Dan is an excellent and hilarious host, he really brings a great atmosphere to the pub. All the staff are brilliant, including Lindsay and John who are also lovely! Great pub, would recommend.

Urban Fresh Burgers & Fries - Parkgate

Came for food and it was very, very good. Ordered the chicken and ribs meal with belly pork starters and it was gorgeous. Great atmosphere and all round excellent service. Can’t wait to come back

Great takeaway in Rotherham, the food is amazing, always fresh and the chicken is delicious. All the staff are really friendly, especially the owner! I would highly recommend and I will definitely be going again very soon!

Bake N Butty (Kimberworth)

Amazing, Butty shop in Rotherham and I've tried quite a few. BLT is spot on and the large egg and bacon is the one! Great views over Rotherham and beyond in a clear day as well. Gets busy and I hate waiting but service is always quick and friendly.

FishFellas

Ordered a large haddock and mushy peas at lunchtime. The fish was cooked to order and was fresh and delicious, topped with traditional mushy peas, I had a nice lunch! The lady behind the counter was friendly and even threw a few free chips in which was a lovely gesture, thankyou!

Visited today for my husband’s birthday and grandparents wedding anniversary celebrations. Food was outstanding! Portion sizes are great value for money. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and even catered to my fussy 4 year old. Thank you for a lovely afternoon :)

Nice carvery, meat nice, plenty of choice. Great value Sunday lunch, good for the money but don't expect anything fancy, just decent food. Only had carvery.

Staff weren't very welcoming, carvery man was pleasant though.

We will go again for a quick Sunday lunch or tea.

Three Horse Shoes

Food here was poor, and I mean poor. Since Bec started in the kitchen the quality of the food and speed of service has drastically improved to the point where it doesn’t even compare to what we were served prior. Definitely recommend.

The Mill Dam

Myself and my mother have come today for Sunday lunch for the first time and I will definatley be back. Katie who served us was a breath of fresh air she was polite, funny and very friendly she is a credit to your pub. The food both myself and my mum have both said it’s the best Sunday lunch we have had for a long time please give my compliments to the chef I will definatley be back very soon. Thankyou very much.

This place is one of the best pubs I’ve been to for staff, lovely the customer service for a pub chain is amazing and they couldn’t do more, we have the sizzlers a few weeks ago and we couldn’t find one fault, tasty and cooked to perfection

Me and my husband have just enjoyed a lovely wedding anniversary meal together here, lovely atmosphere, great and friendly staff, food was beautiful and very good prices! Nice to have Indian cuisine as a sit down instead of just a takeaway.

Visited Park hotel yesterday. Not been for a while. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Our server Catherine, was really pleasant and helpful, and we will look forward to visiting again in the near future.

McDonald's

This place must be a parody of fast food.
Order at the drive through, get told to park up. Wait 20 mins, still no food, then go inside to complain, walk out with your food another 10 mins later. Result. You burn 200 calories through frustration. I would definitely recommend this place if you are on a diet.

George & Dragon

Beautiful old pub , most of the nice seating area was reserved so we just had a couple of drinks and left to go somewhere else . The food menu looked very appealing and varied and did smell delicious ?

Absolutely fabulous Sunday lunch and great hospitality at The Horseshoe. Choice of two roasts or both, lovely Yorkshire pudding, great selection of vegetables and gorgeous desserts. Amazing value for money. Such a lovely friendly welcome and comfortable table for the six of us plus our dog. Excellent beers too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back soon. Stop Inn Time

Great micro pub with nice owners, we had a family anniversary party here and it couldn't have gone better so all thanks to the owner for that. Will definitely be visiting again.

Poppies Tea Room

Poppies Tearoom is such a gem! The food was absolutely delicious – we tried the cheese toastie, quiche, and a jacket potato, and every bite was divine. I came along with my twins and we were made to feel so welcome, the atmosphere is warm, friendly, and really homely.

But the head turner has to be the cakes – they’re true showstoppers! Honestly, words don’t do them justice, you just have to try them yourself ??. A wonderful spot that I’ll definitely be returning to again and again.

The first time going for a Sunday lunch yesterday, and it was lovely couldn't fault it. I will definitely be going again. The food and staff was amazing. Would highly recommend this beautiful pub for food and drinks.

New Pioneer Takeaway

Food is always lovely, we have never had a bad takeaway from here.Staff and owners are friendly and efficient, food is always piping hot and portion sizes are good.Only place I will go to for a Chinese takeaway. Highly recommend.

Punjab

Used punjab for years ,food is lovely, the curries are 100% gorgeous, pizzas pretty much the same ,even had the odd kebab and wasn't disappointed, punjab every Saturday night for years ,brilliant.

Mandarin Chinese Takeaway

An eight minute drive away from my house! English staff maning the phone! The customer service was outstanding! I went and picked up my order! The staff checked that my order was correct! Again dairy free! Quality of the food was excellent! I will definitely go again!

Parking: A small amount of parking available in front of the takeaway shop but the service was swift so there was no delay for me !

Davians Fish Bar

I’m told I’m very critical over lunch time chippy food as I won’t pay over £6.50 for it as to me it’s to far to much, however I was pleasantly surprised at this £6.25 lunch time special, fish chips a side and either sausage or rissole in a tray, good value and well enough, tasty food and other chippys should take note because £8.50 and above is far to much for dinner time and I will not pay it !

There food is outstanding and the shop was extremely clean will definitely be using these guys again thanks guy's you really made my granddaughters birthday a treat can't thank you enough

The good first, the food was amazing, had the chicken chilli, it was cooked perfectly. Service was excellent, very polite and friendly. The bad, the place is just too dark, I had trouble reading the menu and seeing my food. Not much room on the tables, plate of rice, curry bowl, plate to place it all, some bottles weren’t taken away while ordering more drinks. Just too messy. You need to be clearing pots more often from tables and cleaning between starters, mains and desserts.

Square Pizza

First time ordering from here and will definitely be only ever ordering from here in the future. Excellent value meal deal and the pizzas are delicious, so were the sweet and sticky wings. Ordered online for collection and was ready at the time stated. So impressed!! Thank you.

Fiveways Fish Chips & Kebabs

I used to go here some years ago and really liked the food, it was a favourite stop on the way up to Wickersley for a Kebab. Today we were in Rotherham and fancied Fish and Chips so made the journey up here. Fiveways has had a really nice makeover and you can always tell a 'busy chippy', superb fish, chips, mini sausage and mushy peas (and of course scraps) for a very good price. Dropping in here reminded me how good it was and it won't be so long before we call again!

The Chequers Inn

Sunday carvery, well all I can say is go and try it for yourself. Food and service were amazing, staff were very attentive, beef was roasted to perfection, vegetables were just as tasty. So much to say that we've already booked for another day.

Dynasty Restaurant

The food is amazing but the roast duck isn't the best it's still beaut but fatty.... The staff or nice but the female with short hair needs to learn how to smile and be friendly

This pub i again visited nothing changed since my last visit great choice of hanpumped ales on all bars.
Still a propper old fashioned pub which has propper locals
Good bar staff and the whole dimensions of this fine place a credit to the owners who are chantry brewery.

Phoenix Pavilion

We had our wedding here 4 weeks ago and these service we received was unbelievable from start to finish. Sarah made our room look amazing, and the bar staff was so friendly. The food was fantastic too. There wasn't anything left. We have also had a christening here too

7am Sandwich Bar

They're hot roast pork sandwich is amazingg I was in and out withing a few minutes and the staff are so sweet, the prices are great for the quality of the food

Goodfellas Restaurant

The food is excellent. The wine list is very good. real talent is in the kitchen. This restaurant is situated in an unfashionable area in an unfashionable town. The food is Italian, the head waiter is Pakistani, the waitresses are Yorkshire/sicilian or Yorkshire/Maltese. You are right, it’s an absolute melting pot that weirdly gives off a family vibe. It’s a bit untidy, getting to the gents is a climb, I suspect a few pensioners have wobbled coming down or needed a breather half way up. In our visit one of the chefs was ill and we were told “he” was running the kitchen alone. To expect a slight delay. Whatever delay we incurred was well worth it. Lovely.

German Doner Kebab

Amazing food at Rotherham parkgate GDK and 10/10 service by Jaiden who made sure tables was clean before we sat and made sure all food was okay. We had an issue ordering on the kiosk as it took the money from account but the order didn’t go through but this was soon sorted by all the guys at GDK thankyou everyone!

Thorpe Hesley Fish Bar

Absolutely the best chip shop in Sheffield always pre order two fish lightly battered for me & my elderly mum to collect staff are amazing so friendly & helpful & the quality of the Fish & chips is outstanding I can not recommend this chip shop highly enough

The Bluecoat - JD Wetherspoon

Only reason 4 stars for service is that first 2 drinks and peanuts we ordered took about 20 mins to arrive. The server apologised, which was nice. The next drink took literally about 30 seconds.

Wath Tap

Fantastic little bar with 6 real ales on hand pull, several excellent keg choices including a GF option. The hosts Roy and Mel are first class people. Excellent venue for a great selection of ales,wines and spirits.

Valentinos Pizzeria

Best pizza you can get near rawmarsh. Food is always hot and tasty. Their mint sauce is absolutely incredible and same with their garlic sauce. Just order, you won't be disappointed.

Eastwood fish & chips Kebabs Burgers

Ordered food from here last night and I must say wow. Really really enjoyed eating my food. Taste to texture all was on point. Keep up with what use are doing. Delicious is the word.

Spicy Greek

Best gyros this side of Athens! Juicy chicken with great marinade, and authentic chips added inside. Took me right back to Greece in the 80s and 90s.πολύ καλά

Brush & Easel

We took our 5 children for an hour and ended up ordering some food for them. We don’t usually take them out to eat very often as the you boys are Autistic and the younger two also have ADHD, we often feel we are judged. This couldn’t have been further from our experience here! Dave and Vicky were amazing with the kids, they made it a fantastic experience to the point of the children wanting to cuddle them upon leaving! They went above and beyond to make them smile, what fantastic people. The food was brilliant too!
Thanks so much, we will definitely visit again with the children.

Nice pub but there are better value places in Rawmarsh, it does have swings etc for kids on the front so on that respect it's better than most pubs in the area

the County is a Large pub with lots of seats and the drinks are reasonable price, one of the best things is it is very near the train station so you can have a quick pint before you catch your train
