I recently visited the Blacksmith’s Arms with two friends for lunch. Normally we would have chosen a chicken or red meat dish but on that occasion we all opted for fish. The restaurant was fairly quiet, it being a Tuesday, but it had a most pleasant atmosphere. Service was friendly and efficient. Very nice pub, lovely staff. Big beer garden, pool table, live music events. They are showing live sport events. Unless they have issues with tv boxes, you can enjoy live football and f1 at the same time.
