Room was nicely decorated,Cold room. Heating was not working until the morning.Food was very good, however service was good until desert was served then nothing...Oh, its not on a lake.. Its sort of near a lake!!
Car park was great. Hotel nicely decorated. Food in the restaurant was lovely. Room was a good size with everything you might need. Heating was easy to control. Mattress and pillows were comfy. It’s in a convenient location- petrol station not even a minute’s drive away and just an 8 minute walk into Godalming town centre.No one explained to me about the night entrance which would have been helpful. Bathroom occasionally smelt of drains. The WiFi wasn’t working very well...read full review
