La Piazzetta
17 Station Parade, Virginia WaterForza La Piazetta! We love this restaurant and always pop in to see everyone when we are in the area, where there is always a warm welcome and their very special house salad. It was our local for many years and we never miss a chance to pop in.

10 Station Parade, Virginia WaterWhilst the intimate setting, decor and art was lovely, the food portion I had was very disappointing I had a grilled beef taco for £16. It was tasty but soooo small! I looked at my colleagues starters with envy as they were more substantial than my what was on my plate and (about £5 cheaper!). The portion of guacamole (which was a large reason for my choice) couldn't have been more than a dessert spoonful. It was all gone after the first of three mini tacos. We went in for a light lunch and I left still hungry. Such a pity. I may try a takeaway as a burrito will, hopefully, be more filling.

Costa Coffee
Hannover House, 1 Station Parade, Englefield Green, Virginia WaterDrop in here occasionally, usually Sunday . Always relaxing, friendly and clean...then today popped in for urgent coffee and egg roll. I have obvious wounds at present including hands and mouth so without me asking the gent serving opened my ketchup sachets and put it in the roll. He then offered me cutlery to make eating roll easier.What a star.Thank you ?

3 Station Approach, Virginia WaterI use the jolly baker x3 times a week to get their granary bread ?, this bread is the absolute best, oh and I can recommend the sausage rolls ?. Definitely the best bakery in the country ?

The Wine Circle Restaurant & Wine Shop
13 Station Parade, Virginia WaterFour of us came for dinner here between Christmas and New Year. We had a lovely evening and a very nice meal. The staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. A couple of the dishes were unavailable which was a shame, but we were all very pleased with the items we chose as they were very well cooked, nicely presented and tasty. The wine was very good quality. The ambience of the restaurant was a little strange as there were so few people there, but it was beautifully decorated and the colour coordination of the Christmas tree and other decorations was lovely . We will definitely be returning

Pitch & Chip
10, The Parade, Trumps Green Rd, Virginia WaterFrom a personal perspective: This Fish & Chip shop is very tasty. Unfortunately, I had to head in there late at night one time and he still called me back and despite shutting everything down, the man was happy to help me.From a Scouting perspective: The local Beaver Scouts went to the Fish & Chip shop a while ago. We gave them some notice and they were very happy to help us, giving half portions for us at a small price. Will definitely be planning this for our Beavers again!Great Fish & Chip shop!
