very good and Noosh who looked after us was exceptional making sure all went smoothly. We had an area set aside from the main restaurant and it worked so well to have our own space for celebrating. All the guests thought it was perfect and a great success. Thank you,

139 Oatlands Dr, WeybridgeSea bass fillets was absolutely delicious, the best sea bass from a pub I've had in years! Had so much flavour and was very filling. The new potatoes were seasoned really well and had lots of flavour too.

The restaurant was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.\n\nThe food was incredibly tasty — full of authentic Nepali flavours that took me straight back to my time in Nepal. Every dish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care.\n\nOur waiter was one of the kindest and most genuine people you could ever hope to meet — light-hearted, polite, and so attentive without ever being intrusive. His warmth really added to the experience.\n\nSeeing the lovely photos of Nepal on the walls while enjoying such wonderful food made it feel like a real trip down memory lane. I honestly can’t recommend The Great Gurkhas enough — a true gem in Weybridge

I was made to feel very special. From the balloon on the table and Happy Birthday on the wall. To the candle on an ice cream and complimentary liqueur.
The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. Everyone was impressed and we will all go again.
Just one little disappointment. We had our photo taken by.a member of staff, and was promised it would be emailed to me. It wasn’t. We had taken photos ourselves.

Warm welcome. Kind staff. Lovely menu. Food is delicious. Wines are served well and professionally. Staff know about hospitality and ensure that everything is just right and that a perfect experience is enjoyed. The restaurant manager is really brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and expertise.

83 Thames St, WeybridgeThis pub is amazing for a bite to eat and the drinks are amazing just as much as the staff. \nStaff: incredibly polite, most foreign from Australia or South Africa I reckon. They employ school kids which is extremely kind considering this days economy and prices for everyone, whom I talked to one of them he had just finished his GCSE exams and was very well trained in the bar, a South African I think ; the bar manager was very kind and helpful when taking our food order, the landlords were very welcoming to their pub and provided a great atmosphere.\n\nOther customers: the regulars all sit together and do seem a little hostile, while observing they had no patience for the bar staff to serve them calling out to them saying “pint, pint” but that says nothing about the club just about the regulars in there.\n\nFood: Ordered a lovely chicken burger, came with chips and coleslaw I wish they would give more coleslaw and cook their chips for longer so they can be crispier, the but was a little flimsy and the chicken fell out of the burger so I would buy better buns but other than that the taste was immaculate and delicious. Furthermore, I ordered a brownie which came with a scoop of abnormaly delicious vanilla ice cream and the brownie was just as good if you want a warm, rich, gooey brownie to finish you meal go with this brownie but I would love if they would serve the brownie with some strawberries to enhance the flavour.\n\nDrinks: the drinks were a little expensive can’t really say anything else the beer is very well kept and was served very cold with a perfect head on it their spirits measurements is 35mls per shot so don’t be offended for the £6 price of a shot of gin, asked for a Hugo spritz but didn’t offer them but offered aperol spritz which uses more ingredients and is more expensive for both the customer and the pub so I would offer Hugo spritz aswell.\n\nInterior and exterior: as it is a classic old pub I would only recommend to sit outside or in their sunroom area because the inside of the pub does look way too out of date and needs to be gentrified and modernised to match the exterior of the pub. So please sit outside only to gain the full old crown experience as it is lovely scenery out there.\n\nOverall, lovely pub for all the reasons listed but the prices are a bit high but very high on quality they offer a large wine list also providing a large amount of options to please each customer. It definitely is the most expensive pub but hopefully it is so they can modernise it more, go to this pub for their lovely quality food.

A great cheery welcome, prompt service and the food came out looking tasty and was delicious. They offer fresh produce, other clothing and household goods in the shop as well. Ideal with a deli directly opposite. Will definitely be coming back for more!

We enjoyed every dish, and the standard and the attention to detail was amazing.
The service was very good and the waiters were very attentive.

My mum and dad have been coming for years, but it was our first time ?
