Berwyn St, Llandrillo, CorwenWe stumbled on this restaurant at the last minute when we arrived at our hotel / village and found nowhere to eat locally! What a fantastic find it was!!! Even ‘though we were a last minute Ute booking we were welcomed so warmly we felt like family! The courses came very quickly and the quality of the food was outstanding! Soooo tasty!!! Caroline & her husband made it an evening meal to remember - I can see why they have been voted the top visitor’s restaurant for the past three years - they completely deserve every award! Thank you much x

Llandrillo, CorwenA soulful Welsh escape – with the best breakfast in Wales.
We stayed at Tyddyn Llan for a dreamy weekend away and absolutely loved every minute. The historic building has been beautifully refreshed – light, calm and homely with lots of lovely personal touches. Dinner was outstanding (the 10-course tasting menu tells a real story) but the five-course breakfast was next-level – especially the shared trout and homemade crumpets. Staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms super comfortable, and it’s in a brilliant spot for exploring Bala, Snowdonia and walks around Llyn Tegid. A true gem in North Wales – can’t wait to return!

The Blue Lion
Main Street, Cynwyd, CorwenA really good find. Great food at a decent price. Service was excellent and the guy waiting us couldn't have been better. The place should be packed to the rafters
