A ' no frills' cafe which offers great value for money. A small eatery with pleasant staff which on our visit was being used by a good few locals.Parking available on the large town car park or if lucky on street.

Very nice local pub, welcoming and friendly. Food was nice and fresh with generous portions. Heating was a bit high, so I felt like I was melting, but we definitely enjoyed our visit.

Oh.my.word.Best pub I've been in years. Landlord, locals had us cracking up. Great beer, great atmosphere. Step back in time when you walk in. Going back later for a few scoops. Unfortunately only open Friday, Sat Sun, Monday. Make the most of this pub while you can. Absolute gem.Did I mention vintage 1980 duke box with 80s vinyl singles? Takes old 10p/50ps

Really great Chinese food however it gets very busy on a Saturday and you can expect to wait a long time for food. We were told 45 mins and ended up waiting over an hour, lots of other people in the shop also waiting well over an hour for food.

Best kebab we’ve had! We were stopping in cynwyd arrived Tuesday little did we know most pubs & restaurants were closed, we also have a dog with us so made it harder to find anywhere to eat. We thought we would try the kebab shop 2mile down the road. We were not disappointed great value and huge portions very tasty. Staff were pleasant and shop was very clean. When we retire we will most definitely be stopping by! We live in the West Midlands with lots of takeaways to choose from, credit to these guy’s certainty the best we have had!

Stopped for lunch in the cafe, disappointing visit. Had to ask for table to be cleared and wiped several times and miscommunication between staff seemed like they didn’t understand what they were supposed to do. Soup of the day was described as Country Vegetable and we asked and were told it was creamy. Turned out to be spicy, so much so I couldn’t eat it. Requested a refund and staff member was happy to give it saying soup was ‘lightly spiced’. Guess she hadn’t tasted it! Drinking water is in self service glass dispenser, it was only 1/8 full although it was still lunch time and was tepid, staff said ‘room temperature’ guess they hadn’t tasted it. Have enjoyed visiting Rhug farm before and have eaten outside. The complex was advertising for staff but recruiting and training needs to be stepped up if they hope to keep spring and summer visitors coming back. I travel past regularly but I’ll definitely think twice before stopping here again.Parking: Parking needs more signage to find disabled spaces, car park has several entrances and exits and feels a bit like a driving maze to find accessible spot.
