The Berwyn Restaurant
Berwyn St, Llandrillo, CorwenA hidden gem. Perfectly prepared dishes, mostly 2 courses and a few 3 course for 10 of us on the 30th of December. The owners made it all look effortless. We were all extremely impressed with everything, food, service and their friendliness. Strongly recommend the Berwyn and we will be dining there again.

Llandrillo, CorwenAt Tyddyn Llan we paused the years,
To mark five-and-twenty, warm and true,
With Annette, me, and Loki too,
A perfect weekend, shared by few.
The first night’s feast, à la carte,
Each dish a joy, refined, complete,
Then ten bright courses the next eve,
A tasting tale both bold and sweet.
The kitchen sang in measured grace,
No note astray, no hurried art,
Each plate arrived with quiet pride
And left a smile upon the heart.
The staff were kindness finely tuned,
Attentive, gracious, never near,
They read the room as poets do,
And served with warmth both calm and clear.
Our room was space and comfort crowned,
With all one needs and nothing more,
Save that grand shower pure delight
A rushing close we still adore.

Main Street, Cynwyd, CorwenAmazing food.....incredible value for £17.99 Sunday Roast... ..be careful the half chicken is EXACTLY that , huge !!!
All starters , mains, side, cauliflower cheese delicious and sweets/puddings excellent. I had the turkey roast; to full for anything else.
Service upbeat and quick; server smiling and engaging.
Amazing traditional pub, catered for a party of 12 and more room in alcove for other dinners.
All in All a must do when in Corwen, North Wales.
