Church St, LlandysulGreat local pub with a very knowledgeable landlord when it comes to real ales. Also a good selection of larger. Beautiful setting in down by the river with a beer garden worth sitting in. Unfortunately aren't many left like this in Wales.

Unnamed Road, LlandysulNearly a year on from our first visit, and this is still our favourite vegetarian place to go to and the first place we turn to if we want to share an evening with a group of friends. It's like home away from home with the best food we've ever tasted, great choices that are continually changing, and incredible hosts that feel like friends. You simply can't beat the price either.

Ffostrasol Arms
Ffostrasol, LlandysulAfter many holidays in the area we came across this pub.
Warm welcome, reasonably priced drinks, fantastic food you will not leave hungry.
We ate 3 times here and every meal was lovely, I had the scampi, curry and lasagne my partner had gammon, pork loin and steak all meals were excellent and filling.
Highly recommend would definitely return when in the area.

Pren-gwyn, LlandysulWent to Wales for a week's break. Our cottage was just up the road in Maesymellion. We had passed pub on way to find cottage. After a 4 hour journey, we were ready for something to eat. Went into pub and asked if they had any tables available and the lady at the counter checked her booking slips and managed to accomodate us a 4 table. We had the roast dinner, which we must say was absolutely amazing, good portion size, roast potato, cabbage, carrots, swede, mashed potato and garden peas. For desert we had lemon sponge and custard, which was absolutely devine, and jam sponge with custard. Amazing food at very reasonable prices. Would certainly go again should we be staying close by. Well done all the staff at The Gwarcefel Arms.

Penrhiw-llan, LlandysulWe had a fabulous 'Big' Birthday/pre Christmas meal celebration with all the family, including 4 teenage grandsons and 2 dogs!!\nThe food was great, and catered for all tastes, and the staff could not have been more helpful. \nWe were staying in the area over Christmas, so felt very lucky to have chosen the Daffodil at random,as we had little knowledge of the area,coming from land-locked Nottingham!!\nWe throughly recommend The Daffodil Inn.

The Half Moon Inn
Station Rd, Pontwelly, LlandysulCute little pub with a friendly owner, uncharted wine selection and in one of the best settings on the edge of Caerfyrddin aka Carmarthen and Ceredigion.
If you are passing or local, check it out. I will be back to check the food out soon. The river near by is well worth a walk along the bank.

Wind St, LlandysulSuch a cute little friendly place. The staff were so happy and friendly and helpful for my first visit. Baguettes are fresh and beautiful. Not stingy on portions and good price. Olives are gorgeous ? will deffo come again and try the dine in experience ?

High St, LlandysulWe are visiting the area and after some research Chef China had the best reviews (and hygiene rating). The lady in the front was very friendly, ordered for collection over the phone easily. Cash point 2 mins away in the SPAR as it’s cash only. Food was ready on time and piping hot, even after travelling 20 minutes back. Food was excellent. Added photos of up to date menu.

We were the only diners...and lunch was sublime.\n\nWe came back for our 9th wedding anniversary. We arrived just after midday. And again, our lunch was amazing. My wife had the linguine vognole. The stand out for me was the salsiccia. The sausage had great texture and the sauce was rich in fennel. Excellent autumnal food!

Paris House, High St, LlandysulBy far, the better kebab house in the area. Had several dishes from the menu and can't compare to any other locally. Was lovely to have a takeaway and not have to drink a gallon of water after it.
