Abergynolwyn, TywynWe had the loveliest meal & drinks here after doing the nearby Nant Gwernol forest walk ?The doggy was also made to feel very welcome by the fabulous staff ? And the hand crafted board game on each of the inside tables, as shown in the photo, is so addictive (so much so that we have made our own version, very poor in comparison, from a box of cornflakes ?).

College Grn, TywynAmazing!! Toni is so friendly and welcoming, and even did a little photoshoot for us as it was quiet at the time. Fabulous decor and signs, very dog friendly. Drinks are reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again!!

Beachside Cafe - Cafe ar y Traeth
6 Marine Parade, TywynWe came here last year and had hot butties (sausage and egg ect) and they were delicious. Came back again this year and had a slice of cake each and we were not disappointed :) I had carrot cake and my husband had Victoria sponge. My son had a milkshake and the friendly lady serving brought it outside for us to save us waiting inside. Will be coming back again next year x

Neptune Rd, TywynI visit this bakery every time I visit Tywyn. They have the best sausage rolls (better than Greggs!), flapjacks are lovely and the buttered buns are delicious especially when freshly baked. The best bakery around for miles.

4 High St, TywynFrom arrival to leaving everything was perfect. There was one front of house member of staff who was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about each dish and was able to answer all our questions. The tacos that we had were beautiful and just the right amount leaving us want our main course. \nThe main dish was beautiful. One steak and one lamb rump. Both dishes cooked perfectly to our liking. There was just enough room left for dessert. Also perfect. We will definitely be back and recommend this gem.

Tal-y-llyn, TywynA quaint country pub atmosphere, no draught pints only bottles but what a wonderful selection, all locally sourced beers, stouts & ciders. A well presented menu with locally sourced produce, Welsh bangers & mash were delicious.

The Victorian Slipway
Marine Parade, TywynI frequent the slipway regularly and have always have a very warm welcome from all the staff.\nThe meals I have had have been very tasty and extremely filling.\nThe only poor experience I have had was on a Sunday lunchtime when another customer was visiting with 2 American accented friends.\nThe lady with the mobility zimmer was extremely rude to customers, and staff, who only had her best interests in their minds.\nI truly hope she does not return again to spoil such a lovely pub atmosphere.

The tarka Dahl was sublime with burnt garlic. The naan bread was a freshly baked cloud.\n\nAll in all, excellent, thankyou!

We found Peckish open. Drove to pick up at almost closing time and such a nice experience. Friendly staff, great pizza’s and no complaints when I got home to 3 hungry adults and 2 hungry children. Thanks, you saved us!

Happy Garden Chinese Takeaway
13 College Grn, TywynOk it's the only Chinese takeaway in tywyn. Yep the only one. But they don't abuse that fact. It's nice food. It's standard choice. But the beef in the beef curry isn't chewy and fatty. That how I normally judge Chinese food. I have never had a bad one and I am a regular. There's no bad days. It's a popular busy place. If you go in there when everybody and their dog are on holiday you are promptly warned of an immense time to wait. But to be fair that's not that often.
The fella serving is a nice guy.
