4 Church St, WelshpoolWe were in Welshpool for 2 nights and ate at the Cornstore both nights. Lots of choices on the menu. Food was very tasty with well cooked vegetables and piping hot. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and nice ambiance in restaurant.

Foel, WelshpoolService was fantastic with an extremely enthusiastic and welcoming team. Breakfast sandwich and coffee were wonderful. We are bikers on a mission on the Bike and Brew Passport and it was our first time visit. However, will definitely recommend and we will return.

Raven Square, WelshpoolVery nice place. Plenty of room inside, outside eating area was good with umbrella's on all the tables, which was good as it was a sunny hot day. Staff were lovely and when ordering they just set up a tab. Food was very good, as was dessert.

The Monkey Puzzle
6 Cumberland Pl, WelshpoolMy son and I visited this lovely cafe every week for two years whilst he was taking A levels and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The food is fantastic and customer service simply excellent. Simon and Clare go above and beyond to welcome you, it really is a wonderfully relaxed place to visit. The antipasti was fabulous, delicious and the gluten free garlic bread was a winner! I then had gluten free pasta Bolognese IT.WAS.DELICIOUS authentic made with love, I could have eaten platefuls. Kev had a diavola pizza and 8/10, I asked what would have made it a 10 and he said a little more fire, it was cooked to perfection! A slightly burned base
The staff were genuinely invested in making the experience just great. We couldn't manage a dessert sadly. Would love a Fabrizio's in Banbury thank you

Guilsfield, WelshpoolWe've been to the Oak today for Oak - toberfest. What can I say. Where else can you get live music from 2.30pm until 11pm. 5 live started the afternoon and played a variety of music for all ages. Then soloists on guitars. The was food available from 5pm. Had a brilliant time.

The staff friendly and the service very fast.
The menu represents typical English cuisine, including choices for children and vegetarians.

Ordered 1/2 pound cheese burger and chips, vegetarian pizza and large cheesy garlic bread all food was amazing the burger was one of the best ever from a takeaway
The burger was flame grilled and tasted good quality as was the bun which was toasted , the garlic bread same as the burger one of the best all four of us loved it and the vegetarian pizza even satisfied the carnivores
Great friendly staff and a great menu one local gem

Brithdir Ln, Berriew, WelshpoolWe had booked here for Sunday lunch as staying locally. I was a bit nervous having read very mixed reviews on here, but have to say it was lovely. Prompt, friendly service. One waitress in particular made a fuss of my dog which is always welcome by me. Cosy indoors with a stunning old fireplace and decor. Leek & potato soup was so well seasoned and fresh. Roast was good, beef cooked very well. Would have liked to see cauliflower cheese as a side option on the menu. Overall exceeded expectations and would return.

Staff pleasant and fitted us in even though we hadn't booked. Will call again recommended if you are passing and are hungry.

They gave me very quick with in 5 min food was on our table .
Chicken curry with methi it was a very tasty.
Nice staff and service and excellent authentic Indian cuisine ! Referred to everyone .

Best Kebab & Pizza
4 Church St, WelshpoolThe lady behind the counter was welcoming and friendly. Had a real nice pizza from there whilst out on Saturday night. And it wasn’t just nice because I was drunk. My mate took his home and warmed it up the day after and said it was just as nice as it was the night before! ??

Mill Ln, WelshpoolFood was absolutely incredible with lots of variety on the menu, with this resturant being in such a convenient location for trips to Wales, I'm surprised there weren't more people here. Staff were very kind, and food was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for not only people on holiday, but also families near the area and even those just looking for decent food. Lovely.

8 High St, WelshpoolTiny Chinese shop located on the highstreet, has a old victorian vibe to it it's really nice building can't miss it, food is always to order don't think I've ever complained chips are unreal along with they're bbq sauce and chow main , it does have a 15% service charge but it's still cheap and cheerful

Enterprise Park, Unit 1 Buttington Cross, WelshpoolWe stopped mid morning on our way to visit family in North Wales. 3 of us had Breakfast and ate in . It was very busy especially as it was a Bank Holiday weekend. It was bumper to bumper in the drive through and almost every table was taken luckily we got one . Staff were very busy and front of house kept on top of bins and the tables. Staff outside had control aswell with NO over flowing bins and tables were busy and couldn't see any just littered with rubbish.
