Pulborough Rd, Cootham, Storrington, PulboroughAn absolute gem of a pub, we was just passing on the way through and saw it had a play area. Everything about this pub screams true British pub. The pub was spotless but not clinical and retains all its character, the beer was great the food was superb and the garden was full of families having a drink and the kids playing in the garden. Not made to sit like robots.
Probably the best all round pub I’ve been in in a long time. Absolute gem of a venue with extremely friendly staff and locals.

Joanna's Boutique Tearooms
River House, 34 High St, Storrington, PulboroughFabulous! Went here on a Sunday afternoon. Service is great, very attentive staff and nothing is too much bother. Selection of food was fantastic.
Totally satisfied and even got the remainder boxed up for later (could not finish it!!).

The Cafe at the Old Workshop
Sullington Manor Farm, Sullington Ln, StorringtonWe love this place. Friendly service, great food and even some fun activities for the kids. Our only gripe is the totally random opening hours - it’s a lottery. Thursday-Sunday in theory but that’s totally variable during the year and the only way you’ll ever know is by calling in advance. Would be lovely if they had some times and just stuck to them

25 West St, Storrington, PulboroughGot takeaway on a Sunday with some friends, such a breath of fresh air compared to the traditional Indian cuisine each dish we ordered was full of flavour was all so delicious! Can't wait to visit again.

The Old Forge Restaurant
6a Church St, Storrington, PulboroughAn annual holiday "thank you" dinner funded by a charitable organization for unpaid volunteers. Cathy went out of her way to accommodate 18 of us in a space usually geared to tables for smaller numbers, but such an intimate and warm space, which we all really enjoyed being in. We were provide with an in-budget menu selection which catered for all taste prior to booking. Patrick's food was beautifully high tailored and sophisticated, and perfectly cooked, plus exceptionally well priced. All who attended said it was the best "volunteer annual dinner" that they had ever had. All said that they'd be back for family gatherings, dinners and hopefully for next year's annual event. Thank you The Forge, Storirngton's hidden gem.

13 High St, Storrington, PulboroughI went here for a quick pint and drink with my mum. It was a lovely welcome, and it felt like how pubs used to feel. Great bar, friendly local people, and good atmosphere. Great tunes on the speakers too. Nice place!

Vegetarian options: I happen to live their mixed veg in black bean sauce and their lo hon vegetables. Really yummy.
Dietary restrictions: They can always talk you through what are in dishes, really kind and helpful. I have lots of restrictions and have never had any issues with the meals they have recommended as fine for me.

Storrington Fish Co.
Mill Ln, Storrington, PulboroughWe were debating where to eat, but we read the reviews and decided to give it a try. The girl behind the counter welcomed us with a big smile. Very nice to start, she took our order in no time and gave us a numbered receipt. A few people walked in and out to collect their orders, and we were four customers waiting in the shop. It took no more than five minutes to collect ours.
The fish was very nicely cooked and so were the chips. Maybe too many small bits of chips for my liking, but that's only my preference. Otherwise, it was very nice to see only young people running a fish and chips shop. I hope you guys do well!!

Units 9 & 10, Old Mill Square, 10 Old Mill Dr, Storrington, PulboroughGreat Costa atmosphere, to be honest nothing special, although no Costa is. Flys inside near the food once which isn’t the most hygienic. The service is really good.and it’s in an easily accessible location.

Delicioius salt & pepper squid was our favourite but it was all good & fantastic friendly service & really nice setting. Will be going back & would highly recommend!
