Went for evening meal out, a beautiful old English pub with massive amounts of charm. The restaurant sits over the river, real log fires, great food and service. Would recommend, but book before you go!Food & drinks: Great food and selection of drinks
We are on holiday from South Africa, and visited the pub today for a late lunch. We were really impressed with the fantastic food that we received, as well as the cosy atmosphere of the pub after our 8km hike. What an amazing location too. It must be wonderful to sit outside near the river in the summer months. Highly recommended!!! Keep up the great work.

Really enjoyed our New Year night. The room was well presented. Loved the coffee machine and the peppermint tea that was available. The meal on the evening was excellent. The service from all the staff was very good . Will definitely be
