We always enjoy our stays at the Schoolhouse Restaurant and Hotel; for excellent food, a warm welcome and good value for money you can't beat it!! Will definitely return soon!!Food & drinks: The menu is excellent and all the dishes so far sampled have been delicious!!

What a wonderful place to stay! The building is beautiful and the decor in our room was really sympathetic and fitting. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a wide choice for breakfast and it was delicious! All of the staff were really friendly. We were made to feel extremely welcome and very comfortable. We'll be back if we stay in the area again.

Some might call it old, but we call it traditional and charming. The welcome was fantastic. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The local "sightseeing service" provided by the owner was simply exceptional! She made us feel welcome, she accommodated our slightly annoying dietary requirements, and she provided us with an excellent place to visit en-route home.
