Absolutely excellent staff. We came here for my Dads wake, at such an emotional time all the staff were so lovely, kind, caring, attentive and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was very good and so much of it. My husband and I stayed the night in a very clean and modern room, comfortable bed and pillows with crisp white towels. The lady that served us breakfast was also excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent too, lovely produce and very tasty....read full review

Nice pub, plenty of parking and quick service. The food was nice but I think had been kept warm (roast spuds were hard to cut) which is the only reason I didn't give a score of 5. We will try it again in a couple of months, maybe a bit earlier.

Only went for food, good pub for a stop off between Devon and London.The food was amazing, high quality and fairly priced. Dessert was amazing too.As a place to stop off was great, will visit again when in the area.
