Well what can I say??, after booking a table for 14. The service and food was fantastic, especially when we didn’t preorder . Most had steaks, mixed grills etc they were all cooked to perfection!Charlotte our waitress was very accommodating but not over powering! Polite and handle our large table with ease! So thank you to you Charlotte. Lee was also very kind and all made our visit a very pleasant one!
Grumpy staff, food was good but preferred the "help your self" way to the new " order off the menu as it was a lot more wasted food and a 40 minutes wait for the hot

Booked table for 12 on 25/11/23 pre Christmas meal, hadn't been since 2019 could not have been happier, food, service and general ambience was exccellent. Special thanks to Sarah who I had seen week before and put my worries to rest and Sue who was our waitress on the day, she couldn't have been more helpful. Both these ladies understand Customer Service and along with the manager on the day are a credit to the Beefeater franchise.
