This outlet at M4 J16 is in need of serious maintenance. Only one toilet working, the seat was loose, the room was dirty & the inner door handle loose. The main entry doors weren't working properly.
I love Costa anyway, but the staff here are brilliant, friendly, always smiling, and make a great coffee, which always has me coming back for more. Also biker friendly. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stop there hot chocolate was very nice I always look forward to Christmas flavours.We had great service from girl on front counter as i am on crutches could not get my phone out for my card so she put them on later for us .The only thing that it need is a bigger car park .
