We had a fantastic lunch at the King John. The food was excellent (especially the scotch egg) and the service was great. The location is very good for exploring the local countryside and an ideal half-way stop for a walk starting from the National Trust car park at Win Green. Highly recommended for a good pub lunch or dinner.
Had a great family meal at The King John, the menu was incredible, must go again soon to try some of the options we didn’t have! Everyone enjoyed every course. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.Thoroughly recommend!

We had a lovely visit to the King John Inn - the service was great and the food was incredible! I had the scotch egg to start, which was delicious and extremely well presented - and the pie of the week for main which was also a massive hit!Lovely pub in a beautiful location, 100% recommend a visit if you’re in the area!!
