Had a lovely sandwich and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble given that they had just opened a few minutes prior. Thank you for the friendly welcome, will visit again next time we are down this way. All the best.
Cute old building with wood beams and a cosy fireplace near the bar. The food was just fab and we had a really nice chilled afternoon having drinks and chatting to Mike and few of his locals. Good beer selection and it looked like they had rooms too which I’ve already booked for a future visit.

We went for Sunday carvery. Was really delicious. Plenty of meat options, fab cauliflower cheese, and mega pudding. We thought it was great value for money, with really friendly staff.
