My first visit was today, Dad and I had a lovely meal and were very impressed by the staff, our waitresses were amazing: friendly, well presented and very helpful. Will definitely return.Vegetarian options: The vegetable Wellington was tasty, definitely would eat it again.
We went to the Rose & Crown this afternoon for Sunday lunch. From the first moment walked in all the staff were welcoming & re-allocated our table to make it easier for my 94 year old grandmother.The roasts were delicious! Good portions and the turkey was lovely, it wasn’t dry at all!Upon leaving the manager on shift and another waiter assisted my Grandmother with exiting the restaurant. Very quaint pub located in a quiet area.We had lunch on a Friday and the food was fantastic and very well presented. Service very good and friendly staff.Will look to return for an evening meal ?
