White Cross, NewquayJust back from a long weekend with my husband and 4 month old baby. The caravan was modern and clean. The site is kept well and is spotless. The site is quiet but that suits us as there was only one other family in the pool ? perfect for a quieter holiday park and only a short drive to the beach. We loved it and will be back. Thank you all. Staff on reception and bar staff were friendly and informative.

Penhale, Saint ColumbI have been Staying at the Premier Inn a lot of times over the last 2 years and the Clockhouse And Pub joined to the Premier Inn Fraddon Cornwall is Exceptional in every Department.\n\nI am Disabled with Mobility Problems and the Whole Staff, make sure I am at ease and comfortable and Treat and Service me in a Friendly, Jolly and Very Professional Manner.\n\nThe Food and Beverages are of Excellent Standards, Tasty, Well Prepared, cooked and Presented.\n\nI will definitely continue to use this Pub and Restaurant and will recommend it to my Disability Community and Able Body.\n\nA Great Place, to enjoy excellent, Beverages and Food and have an Excellent Time with Family And Friends.

Premier Inn Newquay (A30/Fraddon) hotel
Penhale Round, NewquayWe stayed at this hotel just off the A30 near Newquay and had a really pleasant experience. It’s set within a modern business park, around a 20-minute drive from the town centre, so it’s a peaceful spot with plenty of conveniences nearby. There’s a McDonald’s, an M&S Foodhall, and a few other shops within walking distance, which made grabbing a quick bite or essentials really easy.
The hotel itself felt premium and well-kept. Check-in was smooth, with plenty of free parking available — just remember to register your number plate at reception to avoid any parking charges. The staff were lovely and welcoming throughout our stay, which really made a difference.
Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. One small downside: since the hotel is close to the A30, there might be a bit of road noise if your room faces the highway. It didn’t bother us too much, but light sleepers may want to request a room away from the main road.
The attached restaurant/pub was a pleasant surprise — cozy atmosphere, great service, and a good selection of classic pub meals. We really enjoyed our dinner there.
Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable base near Newquay with easy access to both the coast and the main road. Would happily stay again!
