After being let down else where we moved to this campsite/ pub the owners were there to meet us when we arrived very friendly and approachable. We set up and went to the bar where they have a good stock of beers and wines we didn’t eat however observed the food delivered to the table being of good quality it smelt delicious and the quantities were very generous.The locals we met were very friendly. Always a pleasure, it's very local and yet caterers for visitors with first class atmosphere, information, service and good old fashion hospitality. Food is very good and nothing too much trouble for the staff.Kid-friendliness: There is open fields for the kids to run around in, swings and climbing frames. Other activities for kids on request might require a some notice. All in all i give 8 or 9 out 10.

Stayed here for one night . Lovely little camp-site and a lovely pub. Owners very friendly sbd nothing is too much trouble. We have lots of food intolerances and they catered for us. The food was so lovely. Will defo be coming back. Thank you .
