Summer House
The Dunes, 38 Ponsmere Rd, PerranporthWe had another visit to the Summerhouse on the evening of the 18th of September. The food was again extremely good, there was nothing we could be negative about at all. The service was exceptional, all the staff were very friendly and professional, we would like to say that the young lady who was front of house deserves special recognition. She's a credit to the Summerhouse. We shall return next time we're in Perranporth.

35 St Pirans Rd, PerranporthThe man who served us all evening was very lovely and continued to make sure we were happy throughout the whole evening.
The food was delicious me and partner both agreed it was the best curry we’ve had.
Food was all fairly priced.
We would definitely come back to visit if in the area again.

The Watering Hole
Beach, 19 St Pirans Rd, PerranporthWe enjoyed the pulled pork bap on the Sunday specials menu.
We were able to take the food upstairs to the lovely roof terrace and both had delicious mocktails to accompany our meals.
The views and atmosphere of the upper seating were great and the service was excellent and super friendly.

6 St Pirans Rd, PerranporthWe were there on Sunday evening at 10pm and bought a doner kebab, a hamburger sandwich, a portion of fries and a drink.The staff greeted us fantastically, they immediately took the order, but the interesting thing is the food.Kebab packed, not even the piadina could be closed, very fresh beef burger and well-cooked fries. Quality with the price paid? 1 St Pirans Rd, PerranporthWe were undecided on dinner and on walking past noticed what looked like a nice Thai and on ordering with welcoming service after 20 minutes sat in their small seating area enjoying an amazing meal. The coconut rice, green Thai curry with vegetable pancake rolls also Thai rice noodles left us wanting more. This family run business is a jewel & Perranporth you are very lucky to have them.

36 St Pirans Rd, PerranporthOn a hot summer's day when the beach was packed, me and the three kids wandered up the main drag looking for lunch and found this place. Plenty tables available, friendly, welcoming staff and the food came nice and quickly. I had a jacket spud, one child had a sandwich and the other two shared a large chilli nachos. I think we might have thrown caution to the wind and had a portion of chips too. Anyway, food was lovely, really nice interior, all good!

Penwartha Rd, Bolingey, PerranporthThe Bolingey has another new landlord March 2026. A new set of menus and a great new vibe. Lite Bites and a larger menu with Sunday roasts starting 22nd March. So looking forward to that as the food really is very good.

The Park, Mawgan Porth, Mawgan PorthWhat a lovely place. The name has changed, so it wasn't straightforward to find, but I'm so glad we did. One of the best food we had in Cornwall. The mussels I had were local and they were amazing. Staff were lovely and deserve all the praise. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

5 St Pirans Rd, PerranporthI came down with my family yesterday (29/06) and from the moment I stepped foot in the door I felt so comfortable.
Unfortunately, my daughter suffered from an eating disorder, and only eats certain foods, I asked the lovely behind the counter if she could eat her own food in the cafe, and she immediately said yes, even offered us cutlerey, they couldn’t be more helpful.
My wife and I ordered a breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious!
I cannot recommend this little cafe enough! Please go and visit and support local cafes!
10/10 from me :)

37 St George's Hill, PerranporthWe stayed at Perranporth for a few days and chose to have The Shack on our last night in Perranporth. We shared the skin on fries, I had the vegan hotdog and my husband had the shacks stack buger. It was the best food of our trip. Everything was so tasty and freshly cooked, it was a shame we only got to eat there once during our trip. Highly recommend eating here.

Bedruthan Hotel & Spa, Mawgan PorthSuch a great experience from staff to food to view- with the highlight being the absolutely incredible gluten free bread - made in house and available to buy. Crust and texture like a glutenous loaf- next time someone asks me if i had three wishes what would i want for one wish would definitely be the recipe for this loaf. Or a lifetime supply. Either way, it blew my mind. AND the cheff whipped up a gf flatbread for me so i could have the shwarma. So many compliments to the cheffs.

The food was really nice and got a lot for the price, the food was fresh and tasty. The salt n pepper chips definitely being amazing.

Only thing to note is that they had almost ran out of chips, it was unsure whether we’d get the number of portions we wanted but we did. Staff were friendly for us.
