Asquiths Restaurant
19 North St, LostwithielI'm not a serial reviewer of restaurants but I had to acknowledge the wonderful meal we enjoyed at Asquiths in Lostwitheal last night. The staff were attentive and extremely accommodating of my mother's food intolerances - adapting her menu choice (the venison haunch) to meet her dietary needs with consideration and understanding. The food, cooked to order and with great care, was presented beautifully and was absolutely delicious. The excellent service and decor made the evening really special. Thank you.

Restormel Kitchen
3 Fore St, LostwithielAfter reading the reviews, I had hoped for a good meal, and received an exceptional meal instead! If you want a guaranteed quality meal, with great service, then this, in my opinion, is the only place to dine in Lostwithiel. The couple that run this restaurant are so very talented, and clearly love what they do. And you can tell this from the service and meal.

Q Street Coffee
22 Queen St, LostwithielLate November wet Sunday visit - Service was good, but not overly friendly. Had the scrambled egg and smoked salmon. Found the bread too thick and would have preferred a thinner quality brown bread, rather than quantity...

Moonlight Tandoori
35 Fore St, LostwithielMy partner and I are regular visitors to moonlight tandoori. We always have the same thing and it never disappoints. The host and staff are always so friendly and happy every time we return. It's bring your own beer and there's a co-op across the road.Normally poppadoms, Chicken Korma, Chicken Tikka Massala, Rice and Naans to share. The chicken is always so good. This is the best Indian I've ever had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The garden cafe... Lostwithiel Community Centre
Pleyber Christ Way, LostwithielSmall cafe in the very busy town community centre. The menu is limited but the food is nicely prepared and pleasantly presented. 4 stars only because of noise and distractions. Great for anyone participating in the events at the centre.

Royal Oak Inn
5 Duke St, LostwithielWe have stayed in Lostwithiel on three occasions now since 2016, and every time have found The Royal Oak the best place to eat and drink, even travelling from other Cornish holiday destinations at other times to call in for lunch. We had dinner four nights out of seven this week, and enjoyed every meal and the drinks. The locals are all really friendly, talking to you and even making room at the bar to help you get served. The staff are all really helpful and friendly with a special shout out for Leanne. (sorry for nearly ripping your earring out last night saying goodbye).
