Lovely hotel, lovely rooms. Ate in the Source, the Michelin restaurant. Amazing food but atmosphere and decor wasn't amazing. Had music playing such as Paul Weller, Ocean Colour Scene, Fleetwood Mac. Although I enjoy that music, it sounded like a radio station and didn't fit the required ambience. No tablecloths, very stripped back.Breakfast was also very nice. A beautiful meal. Having dined at other Michelin star restaurants this is definitely one of the best. A great atmosphere, the tasting menu and wine pairing felt like a well thought out magical journey of food and drink! Sommelier was brilliant (UTV) and we especially loved the music playlist. One to add to your visit list. Could’ve ate the bread with every course! Stand outs - Crown Prince Custard and the Venison. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

We had an amazing night fantastic food, we had the amazing tasting menu, all the staff were friendly knowledgeable and exceptional we would highly recommend the source and all the members of staff, exceptional level of service !
