This one felt like a hidden gem.Beautiful little pub that served some delicious food. Staff and atmosphere were great and the prices were very reasonable.I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Lovely pub, improved a lot since I last went as of the new owners and building rework on the out and inside makes it a lot more welcoming and an overall nicer atmosphere. The food is really good, we went for the carvery (recommend the honey roast ham) and it was reasonably priced as well as the drinks.Parking: The pub has no car park and is situated next to a three way junction and so your only option is drive up one of the three roads and find somewhere to pull in on the pavementWheelchair...read full review

Just had lunch here today, and have to say it was the most lovely meal. Between us we had parsnip soup, beef casserole, cheese & onion pie and gammon steak, and it was all absolutely delicious. Lovely friendly staff too. We will return, when we can hopefully manage dessert as well! Also a bonus to have a decent alcohol free beer available (Doom Bar 0.0), which many places don’t.
