My wife and I called in to this place today purely off the back of all the excellent reviews on here. We weren’t disappointed. They advertise that a warm welcome is guaranteed and that was certainly true! All the staff were genuinely friendly and we really felt valued and looked after as did our little Spaniel who they made a real fuss of. We stopped by this place and decided to have our meal there; it was an immaculate restaurant, and the staff was friendly. We ordered Chicken curry and braised beef it comes in large portions very tasty. Hopefully we can come back again.

Popped in for a spot of lunch on a very chilly Buxton market day. We received a warm friendly welcome from all the staff. The food was delicious, my husband had the pie of the day which he thoroughly enjoyed and I had a festive toastie. We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.
