They offered a great deal, were on time with delivery and brought the pizzas right into the wedding venue! And everyone was raving about how yum the pizza was! When you’re brought up living on the coast you’re told there’s no place better for F&C’s than Whitby….but today I have had better! Delicious crispy batter, fresh white flakey cod and the perfect amount of S&V on the chips. And I recommend their curry sauce! Best fish & chips ever! Thank you so much ?

3 Market St, Chapel-en-le-Frith, High PeakWe had been following the Pug & Pudding on Facebook from Canada for years. Finally flew to UK for a visit and popped in to the Pug & Pudding. Food was excellent. Lots of choice on the menu. The servers were exceptional. Very friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is great! I highly recommend the Pug & Pudding. You will be delighted! And the desserts are truly amazing. Put this on your must-do list.

131 Buxton Rd, Whaley Bridge, High PeakMy son and I stopped here after a walk in the Peak District due to the good reviews and mention that they cool in beef dripping (as many places do not nowadays). I have to say the cod, chips, curry & gravy were absolutely amazing and the service matched that as well. We will definitely be back again when we are in the ares. Thanks Mark.

22 Buxton Rd, Whaley Bridge, High PeakWent yesterday for dinner, and we really enjoyed it. Such a lovely, clean pub, plenty of choice on the menu, and the staff were really welcoming and pleasant. We hadn’t booked but the young lad found us a table. The food was beautiful, I had a burger, my partner had the steak, and our 1 year old had the macaroni cheese - and it was empty plates all round. We will be back!

We chose this place as it has something for everyone to eat, we are a family of mixed ages and have pescatarians and meat eaters. We are so glad we did.
Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to swap the day at the last minute. The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, they are all really friendly.
Tapas were amazing. Lots of choice, really tasty, served quickly and great value. We were all really impressed. We loved the prawns pil pil and meat balls and the blue cheese and mango salad on the specials board was yummy. The bar and beer garden are really lovely, everyone was super friendly and the cocktails were great. We'd definitely recommend it.

The Bridge Bakehouse
42A Market St, Whaley Bridge, High PeakVisited Bridge bakehouse for the 1st time after trying some of their goodies at one of their wholesale.
Wow the counter selection was incredible, so much variety. I went for their deal of 4 itens for £15.00 and selected a churro cookie that was really nice, the snickers brownie that was packed with flavour (the only thing that I would point is that personally I would prefer the top chocolate layer was more soft rather than hard chocolate, but still very yummy), the caramel and pistachio blondie was really nice (they completely nail the blondie fudginess that I love) and a biscoff slice that was really good as well.
We didn't try the pastries or cakes so I can't comment on that.
But their cookies, brownies and blondies are outstanding and always really good.
Everytime we drive to this area we buy some goodies at the local places they supply as wholesale.
If you are in the area, definitely try it out

45 Glossop Rd, Little Hayfield, High Peakwell what a lovely little find this was. 2 lovely fellas running it from checking in to checking out we had lovely service , food , rooms are spotless , comfy beds , lovely hot water for Bath/ Shower , the most lovely views from Window. cracking breakfast and value for Money. The Crispy Cod

Think I can honestly say this is the best fish & Chips I have had. Cooked fresh, really good price and the staff really friendly and efficient. Will recommend to other friends who may be passing by.
