10 Seaside Ln, Easington Colliery, PeterleeI won a voucher for an Oreo Cheesecake and a Small Platter from the local school fayre and was excited to try this Jamaican takeaway out.
I made contact with them to arrange.
After discussion, I explained I had a fussy eater in the family, so they happily exchanged the cheesecake to Biscoff. ?. Also, my son didn't eat onion etc, so they made a special jerk beefburger and jerk chicken burger without this.
Nothing was too much trouble and I even received a courtesy phone call on the day to check I was still OK to pick up. ?
We ordered a selection of BBQ wings, Jerk beefburgers and Jerk Chicken Burgers with our Mini Platter and Cheesecake. The platter had a taste of a variety of delicious foods that Ulifoods pride them self in, all tasty and delicious. We even received some complementary punch.
The food was beautiful, fresh and tasted amazing. NO GREASY TRANSFATS!! Just good wholesome food, served by a couple that are passionate about their livelihood. We will be back ❤️??

Durham Way, Oakerside Park, PeterleeWe had a beautiful lunch here, myself and my husband called in as a last minute decision and we were not disappointed.
We both had the Soup of the Day which was delicious and my hubby is still going on about how tasty it was, then I had the Spaghetti Bolognese and my husband had the Lasagne with a side of Homemade Chunky Chips and we both thought the meals were just so lovely, very tasty and filling, and very well presented.
The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and well mannered.
The Restaurant itself was modern, exceptionally clean to a very high standard. Thank you we will be returning. ??

The Royal George
The Village, The Grn, PeterleeWe came here on Friday 13th June for dinner. the restaurant was nicely decorated, music was turned down low so we were able to talk. The best part of the experience so far was the service, fantastic staff. We had the two for £20 deal (Haddock and Chips and classic parmo) and both meals were absolutely delicious, great portion sizes! We would definitely go back for food. After we went into the bar, it was a Friendly and sociable atmosphere.

Very friendly welcome and staff happy to modify a dish from the menu to my preferred taste. We had a breakfast wrap, cuppa tea, the breakfast waffles with extra bacon in place of the eggs and a flat white coffee. All round excellent food, service and price, highly recommended. Don't forget your loyalty card as you will return. PS cupcakes in cabinet looked delish!

Nest Fisheries, Grampian Dr, PeterleeWithout doubt the best fish and chips I have had in a long time. Portion sizes are huge couldn’t finish it. Fish and chips was lovely and fresh and the curry sauce is the best going. The gentleman serving was really friendly and kind and the shop is immaculate. Well worth the money and best in the area. 45A Yoden Way, PeterleeWhat can I say other than absolutely outstanding. However I have only been to the Shotton branch of AJ's food, because I live in Shotton and the shop is practically round the corner. Despite them being busy, the delivery service is absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault the breakfasts, either as a full meal or on a bread roll, the Hot Meat sandwiches and especially my personal favourite chicken curry and chips either with or without rice. Both teams at both shops you should all be very proud of yourselves because you deliver 5-star service & 5 star food at 1 star prices.

They work very hard in this very busy Gregg's and always do their best to get to us as quickly as possible and are all very polite and decent to deal with. The food is always great and on the rare occasion that items I wanted were not readily available, they went through the effort of preparing them for me immediately while I wait. Excellent overall and all staff deserve recognition for the effort they put in. Highly recommend!

You could tell they were flat out, he was absolutely smashing it, took the order amazing, confirmed the order perfect… said he’ll get it out ASAP…Now;You expect it to run a bit late on a Sunday. Peak times. High volumes of customers, lots of food to be made etc, etc… it DIDN'T, they ran right on time,The food got here… I’m blown away, meat is fantastic, everything cooked amazingly, they even add little pots of condiments. 38 Seaside Ln, PeterleeOrdered off just eat, food arrived 20mins early. I ordered a southern fried chicken wrap and garlic mushrooms, the chicken was excellent quality and tender and I was surprised the size of the wrap for only £7.50. I have paid £12 in other places for the same size wrap, so i think its good value for money. Garlic mushrooms were crispy, the only thing is there is a lot of water retained underneath the batter. I have no complaints about my meal tonight.

Cafe in the Dene
1 Stanhope Chase, PeterleeHad a delicious brunch / lunch of Sweet Chilli chicken panini and pot of tea, while my wife opted for the carrot cake with a flat white. The cafe was busy but managed to find a table straight away. The car park was full, as it was a lovely sunny day, so had to park on the roadside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife bought a cheese scone to eat later. The homemade cakes and apple pie looked delicious. Highly recommend a visit.

20 Yoden Way, PeterleeMe and my partner have just visited this lovely cafe. We ordered quiche with chips, salad and coleslaw and shepherd's pie with all the veg and a yorkshire pudding.
I have to say that my shepherds pie is the best I've ever had. The veg was crisp and the roasties were to die for.
My partner loved his quiche with
homemade chips and fresh salad.
Very reasonable prices, with great table service.
10/10 from us.

The vino was also very pleasant. As were the service and staff. Made very welcome. If you want White linen and fine dining, best skip but it you want a friendly, helpful, tasty pub meal try it.

Burnhope Way, PeterleeWe held our daughters wedding here on Saturday. I can't thank the staff enough for their amazing attention to detail. Everything they did was great. They couldn't do enough to make the day special and go without a hitch. The room was perfect and staff helped us set the tables and decorations.
